Counseling and Coaching
Support can be valuable when emotional, behavioral, academic, or life challenges begin to interfere with daily functioning and well-being. I provide individualized counseling and coaching services designed to help children, teens, adults, and families better understand challenges, build on strengths, and develop practical tools for success.
Services are personalized to each client’s needs and may focus on emotional wellness, school or college concerns, executive functioning, communication, motivation, or navigating life transitions.

What to Expect
Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your goals. Depending on your needs, sessions may focus on insight, skill-building, problem-solving, and practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
Sessions are typically 30–50 minutes and may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed. Services are available via Zoom or in person when appropriate.
